Welcome to our IZAR@MOBILE App. We would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data (hereinafter referred to as "data”) by Diehl Metering GmbH and the rights to which you are entitled.

For what purpose do we process your data?

IZAR@MOBILE 2 is a software by Diehl Metering designed to let you remotely read various types of intelligent meters. With the software, you can configure the metering devices and the system components. IZAR@MOBILE also lets you plan and manage the metering routes and see the location of the metering points on the map. For this reason, the data is collected.

Why are we allowed to process your data?

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 b) GDPR.

How long do we store your data?

We store your personal data for the duration of the usage or contractual relationship via the App. We delete your data as soon as it is no longer required for the above-mentioned purposes. Data will only be stored beyond this period in cases where we are obliged to do so. Such an obligation may arise, for example, from tax law.

Who receives your data?

We ensure that only the Diehl Metering departments and persons who need your data to fulfill their contractual obligations receive it.

Is your data transferred to third countries?

We do not transfer any Data to third countries.
